As you may have read in the local newspapers or heard through the grapevine, there have been some issues with drinking water contamination in a few of our neighboring municipalities. As a precaution, the Borough has tested our drinking water for these contaminants and the good news is that the tests were found to be negative. In addition, the Borough has also tested all four quadrants of town to determine the existing chlorine levels. All four tests revealed that the chlorine levels in the Borough’s drinking water fall within the acceptable spectrum which is mandated by the State Drinking Water Standards. Therefore, you may feel free to continue enjoying the wonderful and pristine water we have in Wenonah.
