Borough Receives Tree City USA Accreditation for 29th Year

Wenonah Borough receives accreditation from the Arbor Day Foundation for its 29th year of Tree City USA status.

The Wenonah Shade Tree Commission is proud to have achieved recognition for Wenonah through the awarding of its 29th year of Tree City USA status by the Arbor Day Foundation. This achievement is accomplished by a combination of STC and community volunteers, along with the support of Mayor Doheny and Council members, in recognition of the value that trees provide to our Borough. This well-deserved recognition is a testament to our community’s unwavering commitment to the planting, care and celebration of trees.
