The Borough has awarded a construction contract entitled the 2025 Borough of Wenonah Infrastructure Improvement Project to Landberg Construction.  Please note the construction project update for November 20, 2025.

Maple Street

Roadway paving in Maple Street is complete and the roadway has been temporarily opened up to traffic.

Remaining work includes:

– Backfilling along new curblines and adjacent to new sidewalks.

– Installation of crosswalk signage

– Minor pavement repair at ADA Ramp at southeast corner of Maple Street and Marion Avenue

– Lane striping, crosswalks, and pavement markings in Maple Street from Jefferson Ave to Woodbury-Glassboro Rd.

– Punchlist and Final Clean-up

Due to the amount of traffic, a temporary road closure may be required to complete the roadway striping/crosswalks/pavement markings.

Detour signs will remain in place until a confirmation date is obtained from the roadway striping contractor.

A subsequent update will be posted once more information is available about the roadway striping operations

North Clinton Avenue

The contractor is still addressing punchlist items and final clean-up.

As always, we ask that you be mindful of the proposed construction and safety of the construction workers.
