Property Tax Bill Update

Please be advised that 2025/2026 property tax bills are tentatively scheduled to be mailed to residents the week of August 11th. The Borough will promptly notify residents when the bills are mailed via several methods: Electronic message board on Mantua Avenue, Borough website announcement, and social media posts.

Please note the 2025 3rd quarter grace period has been extended to Monday, September 8, 2025. Any payment received after the September 8th due date shall accrue interest back to August 1, 2025.

Tax amounts are available online if any resident chooses to make a payment through the Borough website (for a fee) or to see the amount due. To make a payment online or to view your tax bill, please click here.
