As a reminder to all Wenonah residents, please follow the yard waste/branch collection schedule as set forth by the Public Works Department.
Branches are picked up on the 1st and 3rd week of the month and containerized yard waste is picked up on the 2nd and 4th week of the month.
The actual dates are listed in your 2025 Borough calendar as well as on the Borough website under the “Events Calendar”
There has been an uptick of residents putting yard waste/branches out to the curb on the wrong collection day where it will sit there for the entire week without being collected.
This then becomes an eyesore not only for your neighbors but for the entire town as well. In addition, uncollected yard waste containers/branches interferes with street parking.
Please keep your containerized yard waste/branches on your property until the correct designated collection week.
And please remember to have any yard waste/branches for collection out to the curbside by 6:00 AM Monday.
