A request for access to a government record shall be in writing and hand-delivered, mailed, transmitted electronically or otherwise conveyed to the Custodian. Landlord Registration Form 2025
According to the State Law N.J.S.A. 46:8-28 – a landlord in New Jersey must register with the Township Clerk for eviction purposes. Landlord registration forms are to be completed and filed in the Landlord Registration Division Office. If the registration forms are not filed, a landlord can be fined up to $500.00.
