The Borough of Wenonah is governed by a Mayor and six Borough Council Members. The Mayor is elected at large and serves a term of four years and until their successor shall have qualified.

The Borough Council consists of six Members, usually elected at large, and the Council Members serve a term of three years and until their successors shall have qualified. Their terms are arranged so that the terms of two Council Members shall expire at the end of each year. Every year at the annual general elections there shall be an election for Borough Officers. A Council President is selected at the annual reorganization meeting in January and shall hold office for one year until the next annual reorganization meeting. The Council President shall preside at all meetings when the Mayor does not preside.

Borough Council Meetings are held on the fourth Thursday of most months at 6:30 pm in the Council Room of the Municipal Building.
*November and December Meetings are on the third Thursday. Reorganization Meeting is on January 7th at 6:30 PM.
