We are currently hiring seasonal Lifeguards for our 2026 Swim Season Program. Applicants must have Red Cross Lifeguard Certification and Waterfront Certification.

Step 1: Apply First

All applicants must complete an Employment Application.

If you are scheduled for a certification or recertification class, please note it on your application.

Step 2: After You Are Hired

If selected for employment, you will then be required to provide:

  • Two (2) forms of ID (driver’s license, birth certificate, school ID, passport, etc.)

  • Social Security card

  • Completed W-4 and I-9 forms

MINORS: If this is your first time applying for Working Papers, register here. You only need to submit a new application if you change employers, job titles, or duties (including annual and seasonal employment).

Applicants under 18 must submit working papers through the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development using employer code 00015012.

CAREGIVERS: Your account is automatically created when your Minor submits their application. Remember, applications can only be submitted from the Minor’s account. If you are returning, log in here.

Certification Requirements

All applicants must have valid Lifeguard and Waterfront Certifications.

Certification/recertification is available through the Life Saving Training Institute.

Waterfront Certification & Recertification will also be offered at Wenonah Lake:
