Part-Time Lake Manager
Wenonah Borough is seeking a responsible and experienced individual to join the management team of the Wenonah Lake summer Recreation Program. This individual will be one of three senior managers overseeing daily operations and supervising the seasonal swim staff.
This part-time seasonal position requires strong leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to effectively manage challenging situations. Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a safe, respectful, and clean environment are essential.
Prior supervisory experience is required. Experience in public safety, education, recreation management, or a related field is strongly preferred. Backgrounds such as retired law enforcement, educators, or individuals with comparable leadership experience are encouraged to apply.
The summer swim program runs Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day, with operating hours Tuesday – Sunday from 11am – 8pm. Individual will be a part of a team of three senior managers whose shifts will vary to provide coverage throughout the week.
