Open Public Record Request Form (OPRA Form)
A request for access to a government record shall be in writing and hand-delivered, mailed, transmitted electronically or otherwise conveyed to the Custodian. All Open Public Records Act Request (OPRA) originate from the Clerk’s Office. A copy of this form can be obtained by clicking the link above or by visiting the Borough’s Municipal Office.
Landlord Registration Form 2026
According to the State Law N.J.S.A. 46:8-28 – a landlord in New Jersey must register with the Township Clerk for eviction purposes. Landlord registration forms are to be completed and filed in the Landlord Registration Division Office. If the registration forms are not filed, a landlord can be fined up to $500.00.
