Now Hiring !! Seasonal Lifeguards & Activities Staff for the 2025 Swim Program
We are currently hiring seasonal Lifeguards with both Red Cross and waterfront certifications, as well as Activities Staff for the 2025 Swim Program.

Lifeguard Certification:
- You must provide valid proof of your waterfront and lifeguarding certification.
- Lifeguard certification/recertification is available at Life Savings Training Institute.
Waterfront Test:
- We are arranging the waterfront test at Wenonah Lake on Sat, May 17, 2025, 11:00 AM – 1:35 PM EDT.

If you are scheduled for a certification or re-certification class, please note it on your application.
Lifeguard Age Requirement:
- We hire lifeguards starting at the age of 16.
Required Documents:
- Please submit two forms of ID (e.g., driver’s license, birth certificate, school ID, passport, etc.) and your Social Security card. We will make copies for you.
- If hired, you’ll submit a W-4 form and I-9.
- If you are under 18, submit your “working papers” online at NJDOL using employer code 00015012.
Hiring Timeline:
- Submitted applications will be reviewed, and hiring decisions will be made in April.
