Attention Residents: Please read the following important information about water bills.
By now you should have received your actual usage water bill for last year’s usage. If you have not yet received your bill, you may view it online at https://wipp.edmundsassoc.com/Wipp/?wippid=0819.
At the March 23rd public meeting, Council voted to permit a 45-day extension of the due date of actual usage water bills to allow for an internal review of all bills for households who recently had their water meters replaced. The new due date for your water bill is Tuesday, May 16th. We expect to complete the bill review within the next two weeks and we will issue updated bills to all households whose water meters were recently replaced. The updated bills will include detailed information about how the bill was calculated.
If you already paid your bill and a new total amount is found to be due, you will be requested to pay the difference, if owed, by May 16th. If a credit is due to you for overpayment, you will be credited in your next bill.
