Starting April 1st, branches will be picked up on the 1st and 3rd week of the month and then starting April 8th, containerized yard waste will be picked up on the 2nd and 4th week of the month.
- Please have any yard waste/branch collection out to curbside by 6:00 AM Monday.
- Yard waste is defined as small branches, shrub clippings, leaves and garden vegetation.
- Public Works does not collect grass clippings or compost material. Please mulch or compost them on your property.
- Place your yard waste at the curb in either plastic or paper bags or containers. Bags and containers will be returned.
- For branch collection, please cut branches in 4-6 foot lengths with a diameter no larger than 2″.
- Please do not place branches in containers.
- The disposal of wood remaining from tree removal is the responsibility of the contractor and/or homeowner.
Please refer to the Borough calendar or Borough website for more details. And please remember that there is NO yard waste/branch collection whatsoever on the fifth Monday of the months of April, July or September.
