Property tax bills for 2024-2025 have been mailed.
The 2024 3rd quarter grace period has been extended to August 30, 2024.
Any payment received after the August 30th grace period shall accrue interest back to August 1st.
If you are a new homeowner, please call to receive a copy of your tax bill.
If you receive a tax bill and it has “For Advice Only” and you pay your own taxes, that is your tax bill; please advise us so we can remove your bank information. If your bank pays your taxes and you received the original bill, please forward it to your mortgage company and have them contact us with their mailing information.
