First Quarter Property Tax 2022 Due Feb 1st.

Dear Residents!!

Please don’t wait for the Tax bill mail to your house, its already sent to you in July 2021 for next four Quarters, ( 3rd, 4th= 2021 and 1st, 2nd= 2022).

First quarter taxes are due on FEBRUARY 1^ST, 2022, with a 10-day grace period.

Any payment received after the 10th day shall accrue interest back to FEBRUARY 1^ST.

If you are a new homeowner, please call to receive a copy of your tax bill.

If you receive a tax bill and it has for advice only and you pay your own taxes, that is your tax bill and please advise us so we can remove your bank information. If your bank pays your taxes and you received the original bill, please forward to your mortgage company and have them contact us with their mailing information. You can also pay your taxes online for a fee at www.boroughofwenonah.com
