Fixed Rate Water Payment due on January 31st

There are two water bills due each year. The first water bill is the fixed rate bill and that bill
was mailed to residents the first week of January 2023. It is a fixed amount of $347.88 per unit.
The payment will be due on January 31, 2023. There is a 10- day grace period before interest
is applied to the balance.

The second water bill residents will receive is the actual water usage for the unit. That bill
will be mailed the first week of March and will be due on April 1st.
