Please note that the John and Kathy Howard Park at Wenonah Lake will be closed to the general public on Mondays during the summer swim season. Unfortunately, we have experienced an uptick in visitors who are violating the rules by accessing the park on Mondays for swimming and utilizing swim program equipment. With no staff present and no lifeguard on duty, this is dangerous and the Borough cannot assume the risk presented by these individuals. We do not make this decision lightly. The Borough does not wish to jeopardize our goal of maintaining a fun and successful swimming program and we strive to make public grounds safe and accessible to our residents. The park grounds will be open daily to the public from dawn to dusk September through May (outside of the swim season). For more information, please visit our website.
