All dogs and cats over 6 months must be licensed. Upon first vaccination for rabies, all dogs/cats must be registered. To be issued a license, your pet’s rabies vaccination needs to be valid through October 31, 2024.
The last day to register your pet without a late fee penalty is Friday, March 29, 2024. After March 31st, a $10.00 penalty will be applied to each license. The late fee penalty will be waived for any newly registered pet acquired after March 31st.
Pet registration forms are available at the Borough Office as well as the Post Office. Residents may stop by the Borough Office anytime during regular business hours to purchase their pet’s license. Residents may also mail their registration and updated rabies vaccination along with the appropriate payment. A license, as well as your documents, will be mailed back to you.
